中期純利 下跌31% 下跌28%
償付能力 305 % 164%
市場佔有率 42 % 34%
其實2年純利下也下跌3成多，而且2008 hsi是處於萬5點以下，現在hsi是萬9點以上，所以股價下跌純粹是因為各界對2628的前境作出最悲觀的判斷！
市場佔有率少了8%, 償付能力少了一半，需要透過舉債集資！
2008年股價反覆下跌到10月既$15.3股價便見底回升，正所謂物極必反，當所有人都抛棄一間有能力賺錢既公司的時候，便是我們的機會。內含值(對我來說代表了一保險公司的所有價值)說到尾比起10年中期是升了6%,達10.49人民幣,(12.7 hk)， stock pric/ev = 1.58 ，是處於非常抵買的時期！可是大家都不用心急~估計1,2個月股價便像08年那樣見底回升，我們分段買入吧！

AAA rating: Warren Buffett says US downgrade 'doesn't make sense'

雖然巴菲特說這個評級是錯的，但事實還是事實，歷史上未曾出現過的美國downgrade評級，現在確實出現了，我也不懂如何反應。但這也解釋了市場為什麼會跌咁多。
對我說這個股票是一間公司為了賺錢，而需要資金而作出既集資行動，只要這間公司一直有能夠賺錢，管理層是為了股東利益，長遠來說股價是應該上升的。所以如果你對手中股票公司的賺錢能力有信心，便不應該在市場恐慌的日子下抛售。
究竟美國的經濟能力有多差？２０１０年，世界上頭２０位賺錢最多既公司，有８間是美國的。
這是一個世界第一的經濟能力的國家，美國政府評級被降是否直接影響了這些公司的賺錢能力呢？

5打5入左3 分了！
今日終於5打5入左3分...兼21分內裡入左7分，實際上係3射3中。
而且又有助攻..又有偷波 ..算幾好表現...
但係我被人打手吹foul..又被人話...拍住波行...又被人屈走步..搞到我好興..
雖然2場 我地都大炒對手，但係打波唔係屈人丫麻..我係有傷，係無你地咁fit..但唔代表你地可以屈我..你屈到我又唔代表你地可以嬴...你地不如專心d打波..花時間諗下點樣打好d..好過花時間屈我！

Save Window's harddisk
Office's window XP PC suddenly cannot bootup to normal mode, and even safe mode, it hangs in the middle of file system.
I take the harddisk out and connect to ubuntu PC,
When I mount it, it automatically "fix something"
and then simply do
#ntfsfix /dev/sdb1
and connect back to window.
It can boot up and complete the filesystem checking.

set console to com
When developing linux host driver, it cause the PC hang/reset, but there is no such crash log in /var/log/kern.log, the only solution is that the kernel crash message has to print out in real time, the ttyS0.
console
The console settings. When using this option, you will need to specify the serial console port and baud rate. For example: console=ttyS0,38400 where ttyS0 is the serial console port and 38400 is the baud rate for the serial port. Another example: console=ttyS0,384008N1 where 8 is is data bits, N is odd parity and 1 is stop bits.
/proc/sys/kernel/printk
The four values in this file are console_loglevel, default_mes-
sage_loglevel, minimum_console_level and default_con-
sole_loglevel. These values influence printk() behavior when
printing or logging error messages. See syslog(2) for more info
on the different loglevels. Messages with a higher priority

IStockDroid
IStockDroid free version has reached more than 1000 download!!! I am glad to see that.
However the install rate is not very good, I plan to add more advance feature such as some TA analysis to scan each stock in US market, it will provide daily scan in server side , in the handheld device it just download the list of stock which fullfil the TA requirement.
Actually I plan to do that few months ago, but I don't have time to it, I have some works to do, some game to enjoy, and some time for rest and lazy.
I make the promise here hope that I can keep it in coming month.

終於係高少少水平既籃球比賽入波了＝＿＝
自從腳偒一直都無打波，最近唔理咁多，照打，打左一排．．正式５對５．我一直波都未入過，起手都好少。腳痛係一個原因，但係自己心理質素都係一個問題。
好多時自己都唔敢射波，有波就交，講真以前ｊｕｍｐｓｈｏｔ真係幾準ｇａ．．三分線前一步，咩位都入到，可惜最近籃底都可以大針．．真係好瘀．
腳痛係解決唔到既問題，今日解決心理問題，我左右腳都唔帶護膝，右腳唔帶護踭，同自己講今日要入波呀．．．
結果入左幾球靚ｊｕｍｐ ｓｈｏｔ，一個偷波兼快攻上籃得分．．．
雖然ｅ家兩隻腳隱隱作痛．．．但都值得ｌａ，打籃球又可以減肥，時間又過得快，入到波就仲開心添！
尤其有人見我射波就嗌 搶板呀！結果只係應聲入網！之前幾場係全部射失，但我射波係可以好準ｇａ，係無你地咁後生無你地咁ｆｉｔ 但都唔好睇小我！

IStockDriod is a stock watch Apps, the key feature compare to other Apps is that it will cleary display the stock trendcy in cradlestick form in your andriod device, it will also provide some key technical anlaysis such as moving average, gap up/down, support and resistance in interactive mode. 2.同事食飯埋單
成班同事出去食飯到埋單既時候，大家各自己拿出自己個份錢放係枱，咁淨返最後一個，佢係咁周圍問人有無散紙...個個都話無。我地就叫佢..你law晒d錢去俾個收銀找未得law...佢又ee我我..我忍唔住問多兩句..
佢就話: 我驚出面d錢唔夠丫麻..
我:你都未俾緊係唔夠啦！
如果出面d錢唔夠..你未俾住先..之後問返邊個俾少左law, 況且己經有人話俾多左..要找返,

內含值只值長了4%
派息仲要得返0.4，其實賺既錢比上年還要多，實在不明白為什麼可以減派息，這個對股東來說是佷大的打擊。

Speed TT donation

Speed TT
Speed TT is a typing game developed in andriod, aim at improving user typing speed on andriod device, it has following section,
Game mode: Common word will start to fall at the top of screen, when word hi
t the andriod, the andriod will be gone. When all the andriod gone, game lose. Each succesufully typed word will give you score, and there is bonus score as well. The total score can be compared world-wide among andriod user, let's see how best you can perform!
Lesson: Give a simple instruction how to type fast, and practise the common typing parttern to train finger movement, after pracitsing through the lesson, you will improve the typing speed!
Practice: Give a complete sentence to type.
Statistic: Display historical typing statistic through a graph, user can easily notice which key has bad performance, which key has good performance.
Option: let you select sound or post score.
The key feature of Speed TT is that, it records the typing statistic in all section, analysis and plot it as a graph. User can based on this information to do specific training.

如題...
$30 以下都係2.x 倍pe, 而且就快出年報話..以往派息...
0.05 0.14 0.42 0.23 0.7...
斷估今次都有0.8 人民幣以上掛....即係差唔多1蚊港幣..有3.x%....通常4,5月除淨..即係只hold２個月到．．係咁動蕩既市況．．我覺得都可以接受ｌａ．．
不過１月保費增長真係好少呀．得５％．．不過今年係加息年．．人壽實有著數ｇｅ

多倫多....
無端端要去多倫多做野...講下有咩奇事:1. 機場d手推車..竟然要收錢！搭十幾個鐘機咁攰，一落機緊係要揾間車幫輕下，我拉極都拉唔出來，回一回神...原來要俾錢！小弟..去過日本,印度,温哥華,美國..d機場...都未見過要收錢既手推車...
2.-負15度 加上風凍效果..係負30度.....即係點呢？我企係街..最多支持到5分鐘。因為塊臉唔單止凍而且會好痛。
3. 太凍了...結果只係遠處望一望cn tower
4. 係咁走火警...的左我上巴士坐兩個幾鐘.....仲要係星期日...抖下都唔得
星期一..十二點半又走火警..又搞左半個鐘...間酒店d 管理員真係唔掂..少少事就響警鐘..自己又唔識搞..一定要call消防員來...我本來想爆佢地ga la, 點知有條友搶左我前面爆左先...係咁話第3次la, 第3次la, 我要check out..就咁就走左...
我見都唔會賠...就慳返淡氣暖肚...

2010年回顧...
最成功..應該是將2628的錢全數轉去了515..
2011最成功的應該是如何把515的錢全數轉回去2628..
一畢業..戶口只得幾千蚊，7年過去了，當中蝕過，賺過，又要還政府學費...又亂洗錢過..又多病痛..但到現在..竟然身家都翻了幾百倍...(但 人工還未翻3 倍/_\)
究竟是為什麼呢？就係遇上..百年難得一見既金融海嘯....買了2628同5, 借到盡左....賺左一筆，如果無好好把握呢個機會，我真係無可能做到咁。不過聽人講10年一次股災...人生最少有會遇上一次呢d機會ge....再上最近幾個月，因為515..又賺左一小筆，財富便一點一滴累積下來...
其實錢對我來講..都己經夠..(我唔係貪錢既人)盡量賺多d...只係想屋企人生活可以好d..有個保障
